What is MaintenanceX?
MaintenanceX is a monthly regulatory maintenance service designed to keep all aspects of your home in like new condition at all times.
Is the monthly fee based on the items to be completed for that month?
No. MaintenanceX is based on time, not items, and time starts and stops at the job, not while driving like most companies.
Does the monthly fee include materials?
The monthly fee does include Nails, Screws, Caulking, and Standard Incandescent 60 and 40 watt A19 bulbs. Any other materials are extra. Depending on the maintenance, and if there is a large amount of the 4 standard items needed, some of those could be extra, as well.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Yes. All work performed by a MaintenanceX technician comes with a full lifetime workmanship warranty.
Is there an emergency call program attached to my MaintenanceX program?
Yes. For an additional fee and loss of your hour, you will have 24/7 access to emergency assistance. Your hour can be repurchased at time of arrival to maintain your regular maintenance schedule.
Is there a contract or minimum to sign up for MaintenanceX?
There is no minimum to get started, but we do offer price breaks for signing up for a group of months.
What if I only want a MaintenanceX technician to come to my home every three months?
You can have us come by as often or as little as you like, there is no penalty for spreading out your months.
Why use MaintenanceX over calling a handyman when I need service done?
Because a MaintenanceX technician is at your home once a month for between 1-4 hours, we take care of items that the typical homeowner would not even know is an item. We keep your small problems small, and fix your problems before you even knew you had one.
Do I have to be home when the technician arrives?
No. You can leave a key, door unlocked, or we actually prefer that you have a key made that we will keep in a lockbox at our office.
What if I would like for my MaintenanceX technician to be at my home longer than 1 hour?
You can always add on up to three additional hours for a reduced rate to have more items completed on your list.
Does MaintenanceX take care of my utility maintenance like some of the other service plans provided by other companies?
Not only do we change your furnace filter every three months, check your HVAC at various temperature points, drain your water heater once a year, and check the reliability of your electrical service, but once these items are completed, we move on to your list. Those other maintenance contracts do the one item and leave, not really giving you time for your money.
What if I have larger jobs than what MaintenanceX would consider regulatory home maintenance, do I just add hours to accommodate for these items?
No. When we do your initial consultation and build your custom maintenance list, we will separate these items, and can at that time offer you a bid through Integrity Constructive Solutions to complete these items. You will receive a 10% discount for being a MaintenanceX client.
