Yes. For an additional fee and loss of your hour, you will have 24/7 access to emergency assistance. Your hour can be repurchased at time of arrival to maintain your regular maintenance schedule.
We do offer price breaks by quarterly purchases.
There is no penalty for spreading out your months.
We take care of items that the typical homeowner would not even know is an issue. A MaintenanceX technician is at your home once a month. We regularly maintain your home to help avoid possible costly repairs.
No. Discuss options with your representative.
You can always add up to three additional hours for a reduced rate to have more items completed on your list.
Yes. We change your furnace filter every three months, check your HVAC at various temperature points, drain your water heater once a year, and check the reliability of your electrical service. Ask your representative about additional items.
No. When we do your initial consultation and build your custom maintenance list, we will separate these items, and can at that time offer you a bid through Integrity Constructive Solutions to complete these items. You will receive a 10% discount for being a MaintenanceX client.
